How are merchandise items shipped?
The products in our Merch section are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Each item is printed on demand as soon as you place your order, which may result in slightly longer delivery times. Producing items on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, and we appreciate your thoughtful purchasing decisions!
What are the shipping fees for merchandise?
Since all merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacturer, shipping rates vary depending on the product. The manufacturer automatically calculates the shipping cost based on your location. Please note that merchandise shipping fees cannot be combined with plant orders, and an additional shipping fee for merchandise will apply.
Are there any duties and taxes on merchandise?
Most of our merchandise is shipped from outside Canada, so duties and taxes may apply. If applicable, the courier will notify you via email or phone regarding any required payments before delivery.
Can I return or exchange a merchandise item?
Due to the nature of on-demand printing, returns and exchanges depend on the manufacturer’s policies. If you need assistance with your order, please contact us at info@planthappens.com within 3 days of purchase, and we will do our best to help.
